Every turnover, stamped.
A room-by-room checklist, before and after photos with the time on them, and a PDF report your host trusts. Your cleaner writes in Spanish; you read it in English.
- Airbnb and VRBO checklists: standard turnover, deep clean, linens, restock and damage check.
- Arrival and finish times on every report: proof of time on site.
- Move-in / move-out mode: document a rental for your deposit.
- No account, no server: everything lives on your iPhone.
