What we store
Pristly has no accounts and no server of our own for your data. Your properties, checklists, reports and photos are stored only on your iPhone and are deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Delete all data" in Settings.
Camera and photos
The camera and photo library are used only to add photos to your reports or your business logo. Photos are copied inside the app; they are never uploaded to a server.
Sharing
When you share a report, the PDF (and the photos, if you choose to attach them) is sent through the iOS share sheet to whoever you pick. That copy is then controlled by its recipient.
Purchases
If you subscribe, Apple processes the purchase. We use RevenueCat to know whether your subscription is active: an anonymous purchase identifier, with no name or email.
Anonymous usage statistics
The app sends anonymous usage events (for example, "onboarding completed" or "a report was shared") with a random install identifier, the language and the app version. They never include property names, notes, photos or anything that identifies you, and they are not combined with other apps.
Ads and tracking
There are no ads, no cross-app tracking, and no data is sold or shared.
Your rights
Because your data is not on a server, there is nothing of yours for us to hand over. Uninstalling the app or using "Delete all data" removes everything from your iPhone.
